POSITIVE HOCKEY EXPERIENCES START WITH THE BEST COACHES.
We know the value of our coaches. We believe in the role they play in the overall experience. Coaches are the backbone of our league and one of the main reasons for our success. They have the important responsibility of managing the team, and organizing players week to week to ensure a high quality, inclusive experience.
Because of that committment we LOVE our Coaches and if you’re a coach in the Bauer 3on3 Youth Hockey League you’re rewarded for your hard work.
HOW TO BECOME A COACH
A number of our coaches coach throughout the year in their local minor hockey system while other coaches are parent volunteers who courageously try coaching for the first time. The principle of the Bauer 3on3 Youth Hockey League is fun and no matter the coaching level, we help prepare you to be a better coach.
We’re not looking for the next Scotty Bowman or Mike Babcock. We’re looking for people with coaching skills who love the fun aspect of the game; that are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our players. They firmly believe in equal ice time and equal opportunities. They celebrate success and can rally the team with positive affirmations when they need it.
Any one of our coaches can have access to coach training and development. But what we want most of all, is your enthusiasm to keep the game fun and desire to be a terrific role model for our players.
